Covers assessment of the 4 key leadership behaviours and 4 essential management skills you need to drive implementation of your vision. $200 for self assessment and 550 for 360 assessment. Includes debrief and implementation plans.
Getting back to leadership fundamentals
12 weeks online and face to face growth program to focus on the fundamentals
Book and pay for the program session by session. Work at your pace and choose the topics you want to focus on first. Program includes a situational leadership assessment, curated content, resources and guides, growth session and regular check-in's.
